National Genealogical Society Benefit

I believe that it can be beneficial to genealogists to belong to several genealogical societies. A society benefits its members through networking and resources that the society provides. One case in point is the National Genealogical Society (NGS).

NGS recently announced that members can now access digitized versions of their NGS Quarterly from 2002-2006.

In their most recent email "What is New at the National Genealogical Society" (15 January 2008) they state:

The National Genealogical Society is proud to announce its latest online membership benefit. NGS Members can now access recent issues (2002-2006) of the NGS Quarterly. Current issues and limited back issues will be coming online periodically.

I highly recommend this Quarterly magazine. It is a great research learning tool for genealogists and historians. This magazine plus the NGS Journal are just 2 of the benefits of membership. You can learn more about NGS and benefits of membership at the link above.
